Born in the underground clubs of Chicago and New York, House is an energetic dance style centered around groove, rhythm, and freedom of movement. At the heart of the dance is the jack, House’s foundational groove, which creates the fluid, bouncing feeling that defines the style. Known for its fast footwork and deep connection to the music, House is ultimately about feeling and sharing the energy of the moment.*

Urban-Element Zone is a Montreal-based dance studio specializing in teaching Street Dance styles and performance for over 20 years.
The roots of Urban-Element Dance Centre were planted by its original co-founders in 1999, with the official opening of the first studio in 2003, home to some of Montreal’s founding pillars and leaders in the street dance community today.
UEZ offers Street Dance classes ranging from Beginner to Elite levels, with recreational or competitive tracks, starting from age 2 (Parent-Child classes), through Kids & Teens classes, all the way to Adult classes.
